Holy Trinity Mission Trip
Since the summer of 2000, Holy Trinity has offered a transformative high school youth mission trip each summer for students in grades 9-12. All youth from Holy Trinity Parish and School are encouraged to participate in this incredible opportunity!
Holy Trinity partners with Youthworks, Inc. to offer a Christ-centered mission trip experience. Our goal is to help teenagers deepen their understanding of who God is, how God sees them, and how they can be used by God to make a positive impact on the world. We believe that mission trips serve as powerful discipleship tools for youth, offering them opportunities to grow in their faith and recognize God’s work in their lives.
The mission trip takes place in various locations across the U.S., where teens work alongside other church and youth groups. Service projects include running day camps for kids, painting homes, performing yard work and home improvement tasks, visiting elderly residents, working at soup kitchens, and much more. This trip is not only about serving others but also focuses on individual faith growth.
Each morning begins with personal devotional time for prayer and reflection. In the evenings, after completing service work, there are opportunities for cultural learning and community activities. Every night includes Club Time, a special gathering for prayer, scripture, and music, followed by time spent with our HT group. This mission trip is not only a chance to serve but also a spiritual retreat, providing a well-rounded experience that nurtures both service and faith.
These trips have transformed the lives of many individuals over the past 20+ years. For more details, you can also visit the Youthworks website at www.youthworks.com.
